Seasoned Chick Subscription Payments: Unless you paid in full by check or cash, your membership payment is a subscription payment made through PayPal. What this means is funds will be automatically withdrawn from your bank/credit card or PayPal account the day your subscription payment is due. Quarterly payments of $30 will be withdrawn every three months, bi-annual payments of $60 will be withdrawn every 6 months, and yearly payments of $110 will be withdrawn on your yearly anniversary date. PayPal does not send notification that payments are due or will be withdrawn so it is your responsibility to keep up with your withdrawl date.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Answer: Canceling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription.
In order NOT to be charged, you must cancel your subscription prior to your charge date. Again, it is your responsibility to know your withdrawal date. When you cancel your subscription, you are no longer considered a Seasoned Chick. You are now a Chickadee and must pay for your meetings accordingly.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the My Account tab.
- Click the History subtab.
- Click More filters, select Subscriptions and agreements, and then click Subscriptions.
- Change the date back to the year the subscription was created, and then click Show.
- Click Details next to the subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
If needed, your membership can be put on hold for up to three (3) months. Please submit any hold requests to info@bizechicks.com. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. After your hold period is up, you must either begin payments again or risk loss of your membership and its benefits.
Seasoned Chick Membership Card: Having a biz-e-chicks membership card is one of the perks of being a member. If you decide to cancel your membership, please return the card as soon as you cancel your membership. Unreturned cards will be subject to a $15 lost fee.
If you have any questions or problems, please e-mail us at info@bizechicks.com
