Rachel Cantor
Rachel Cantor graduated summa cum laude from Penn State University in 2003. Rachel is the founder and president of RC Associates, LLC, which provides recruiting services to growing engineering companies. RC Associates now serves clients throughout Florida as well as companies in several other states.
Rachel serves on the Board of Directors for the MacDonald Training Center, the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Technology Forum Foundation, and the Board of Directors of the Penn State Alumni Association Greater Tampa Chapter.
Through her involvement with the Tampa Bay Technology Forum, Rachel founded, and currently chairs, the Tampa Bay Technology Forum's Engineering Network. The Engineering Network has been established to bring together engineers in the Tampa Bay region in order to retain and bring engineers and engineering business to Tampa Bay and to influence the engineering environment in the region.
Through her involvement in the Penn State Alumni association, Rachel assists with the recruitment program and helps educate and recruit high school students. Rachel is also a member of Emerge Tampa, a networking and leadership development program for young professionals.
Rachel is the recipient of the Tampa Bay Business Journal Young Business Woman of the Year (2007), Tampa Bay CEO's Magazine Young CEO of the Year (2007) and Tampa Bay Business Journal Thirty Under Thirty (2005). Rachel has also been featured on PBS WEDU's tv show, Small Business Academy.
